PAWS Community Adolescent Health Center
Where: Three Rivers High School Gym
Girls: Monday, May 6th from 3:00 – 5:00
Boys: Thursday, May 9th from 3:00 – 5:00
Students must bring their completed MHSAA health history form to obtain a sports physical.
*Parents/Guardians do not need to be present.
