Our philosophy is to foster a healthy work ethic in all maintenance and custodial personnel, encouraging staff to be self-directed and to take ownership of our responsibility for preservation, upkeep, and repair of all district facilities. We are the stewards of Three Rivers' most valuable properties and we continually strive to make sure our performance is equal to the task. As a department, we assure that Three Rivers buildings and grounds represent the kind of environment where you want your children to spend their days learning.
Our goal is to:

Get work done on time
Get it right the first time
Pride, quality, and confidence in what we do.

All schools have new roofs
Exterior makeovers include new doors, fresh paint, new sidewalks, etc.
Interior painting for a fresh look, as needed
New parking lots and entrance walks were needed
Upgrade exterior lighting on buildings and parking lots
Fence repair and replacement
Ongoing effective pest control
New bathroom partitions in most schools (ongoing)
Underground sprinklers for girls' softball fields
More powerful sound systems installed in classrooms where needed
Resurfaced all weather track
 

The list goes on, but the important thing is that we have the direction and the resources budgeted to continue to upgrade our school facilities appropriately.
