PAWS CAHC and E3 Program Staff

PAWS CAHC and E3 staff is made up of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of a Physician, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Medical Assistants and a Registered Nurse, who is the former District School Nurse.  The staff is a licensed and experienced team who are committed to providing affordable, high quality, and comprehensive primary and mental/behavioral health care to its users.

Medical Director

Dr. E

Oro Enaohwa, MD (Dr. E) – attended Nipissing University in Ontario Canada where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Biology.  He then earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Saba University School of Medicine in 2014. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine through Western Michigan University in 2018.  Dr. E has been the PAWS CAHC Medical Director since 2021.

Program Coordinator & School Linked Nurse Liaison

Kiel

Kiel Lucas, BSN, RN  - is a graduate of Three Rivers High School.  She earned her Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing at Glen Oaks Community College and earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Spring Arbor University.  She was hired as the District School Nurse for Three Rivers Community Schools in 1996 where she worked until taking the position of Program Coordinator and School Linked Nurse Liaison at the PAWS CAHC in 2013. 

Family Nurse Practitioners

Anne

Anne Davidhizar, FNP-C – is a graduate of Constantine High School.  Anne earned both her Bachelors in Science of Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing Degrees in Nursing from Michigan State University.   She is Nationally Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2011 and has been the PAWS CAHC main clinical provider since 2014.

Nicole

Nicole Shaw, FNP-C – is a graduate of Three Rivers High School.  Nicole earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University and Masters of Science in Nursing Degree from Walden University.  She is Nationally Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  Nicole was hired to work part time at the PAWS CAHC in 2022.

Mental Health Professionals  

Atty

Atty Flood, LMSW – PAWS CAHC – is a graduate of White Pigeon High School.  She earned her Bachelors Degree in Social Work and her Masters Degree in Social work from Grand Valley State University.  Atty has practiced Social Work since 2018 and has been with PAWS CAHC since 2022.

Andrea

Andrea Scott, LMSW – E3 Program -  is a graduate of Charlotte High School.  Andrea earned her Bachelors Degree of Science in Behavioral Psychology and her Masters Degree in Social Work at Western Michigan University.  Andrea was excited to return to Three Rivers Community Schools, previously having worked within the district as Dean of Students/Behavioral Interventionist at Norton Elementary.  After attaining her Masters Degree in Social Work, she fulfilled a position as a home-based children’s mental health clinician at Woodlands Behavior Healthcare in Cassopolis, MI.  She eventually transitioned to a position as a School Social Worker with the St. Joseph County ISD, which provided her with valuable insight and a unique understanding of the particular needs of students’ mental health concerns within public school systems.  Andrea was hired through Three Rivers Health in 2019 to become the School Based Social Worker.

Medical Assistants

Phyllis

Phylicia Castillo, RMA – is a graduate of Three Rivers High School.  She earned her Registered Medical Assistant Certification through American Medical Technologies.  Phylicia has been with PAWS CAHC since it opened its doors in 2011.

Laurie

Laurie Ireland, RMA – is a graduate of Sturgis High School.  She earned her Registered Medical Assistant Certification through American Medical Technologies.   Laurie has been working as a Medical Assistant for 20 years, and has been with PAWS/CAHC since 2018.

Maddie

Maddie Walsh, CMA – is a graduate of Sturgis High School.  She is certified as Medical Assistant through the American Academy of Medical Assistants.   Maddie has been with the PAWS CAHC since 2022.
