The Mission of Three Rivers Community Schools is to educate, motivate and inspire all students to reach their full potential, to become successful adults, and to pursue their dreams.

PLEASE NOTE: Volunteer enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year will open on August 1, 2024.  If wishing to volunteer next year, please wait until then to fill out your form. 

If you wish to volunteer for the remainder of the 2023-2024 School Year, you may still fill out the form until May 27, 2024.

One of the specific missions of Three Rivers Community Schools is to engage our school community. We seek to engage our community through various partnerships, and volunteering is one of the critical components.

Three Rivers has a long history of support from parents, relatives, and the community, and volunteering makes a tremendous impact in the lives of our students. 

If you are interested in volunteering we ask that you please follow the link below to our online Volunteer Form.

Please complete the entire form and attach a copy of your current Driver’s License, State ID or Passport. Volunteer applications will not be processed without a copy or signature.  If you do not wish to fill out the electronic form, you may visit any of our schools to request a paper copy, or you may fill out the form in your student's PowerSchool account (a valid form of identification will still be required).

Once approved for the year, a volunteer may work at any TRCS building. A new form MUST be filled out every school year regardless of past year approvals. TRCS Staff and Board of Education Members have already completed employment background checks and do not need to fill out volunteer forms.

Complete todo el formulario y adjunte una copia de su licencia de conducir, identificación estatal o pasaporte actual. Las solicitudes de voluntariado no se procesarán sin una copia o firma. Si no desea completar el formulario electrónico, puede visitar cualquiera de nuestras escuelas para solicitar una copia en papel o puede completar el formulario en la cuenta de PowerSchool de su estudiante (aún se requerirá una forma de identificación válida).

Una vez aprobado para el año, un voluntario puede trabajar en cualquier edificio de TRCS. una nueva forma DEBE completarse cada año escolar independientemente de las aprobaciones del año pasado. El personal de TRCS y los miembros de la Junta de Educación ya han completado las verificaciones de antecedentes laborales y no necesitan completar formularios de voluntariado.
