TRCS 2026-2029 Strategic Plan

As we look back on the incredible progress made through our 2019–2026 Strategic Plan, I want to express my gratitude to our staff, students, families, and community members. Extensive work, collaboration, and dedication went into developing and executing the foundations of our district, and its impact is visible across our district today. 

Building on that strong foundation, we remain committed to a growth mindset across the district. The continuous implementation of our core priorities ensures that we do not simply hold the line, but actively refine our practices, elevate student support, and respond to the evolving needs of our learners. 

To build upon these successes, we are launching a new strategic roadmap—a vision designed to guide our district toward higher academic achievement, stronger community partnerships, and supportive, positive learning environments.

• Community Partnership - Build strong relationships with families, students, staff, and community partners through engagement and shared responsibility.

• Innovative Learning Environments - Maximize teaching effectiveness and student achievement by leveraging state-of-the-art technology, high-quality learning environments, and supportive physical spaces that enhance learning, improve operational efficiency, and promote long-term fiscal sustainability.
