January is School Board Appreciation Month
January is School Board Recognition Month, a time specifically set aside to recognize our District’s school Board Members for their extraordinary dedication to our community schools. Our Board is composed of ordinary citizens with extraordinary commitment; their decisions contribute directly to the success of our students and help to build the very foundation of our community.
When Sick is too Sick for School?
Now that Winter Break is over, this is just a reminder that cold and flu season is here! Please consider the following guidelines when your student should stay home sick - there are a lot of fast moving bugs out there, so we want to be sure everyone stays healthy for school!
Normal school hours: 8:05-3:01
Half-day dismissal time: 11:05
Ruth Hoppin Elementary is located in Three Rivers, Michigan and is one of four elementary buildings in Three Rivers Community Schools. Hoppin has approximately 300 students in Young 5s through 5th grade who come from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
